We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and do so in accordance with the principles set out in Polish law, including the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain the principles on which the personal data provided to us are processed and to discuss your basic rights related to their processing.

Scope of processed personal data:
We process your data that you provide to us when creating an account on the website or when ordering our Services. We also process data collected during your activity on our website (subpages visited, time of visit in a given place, your clicks, method of using the Services, including purchase history), information about the end device or browser, including its location.
We always inform you which personal data are required (e.g. by marking them with an asterisk (*)) and what consequences will result from not providing us with this data – such a situation may, for example, result in the inability to (fully) meet your requests.
The personal data we collect and process can be broadly divided into the following categories:
Identification data: e-mail address, password, Facebook ID.
Contact details i.e. data we use to contact you in order to provide information about our Services or promotions: telephone number, e-mail address.
Billing data i.e. data that we use to provide you with the ordered, paid Service: name of your company, its address, name and surname of the company representative, registration data, billing address, payment data.
Device information information that we use to improve the provision of our Services: IP address, your activity on our website (subpages visited, time of visit, clicks, purchase history).
Purposes of personal data processing
We process personal data for lawful purposes and only if:
- you have given your consent to the processing of data;
- the processing is necessary for the provision of our Services;
- the processing is necessary for the performance of a legal obligation incumbent on us;
- the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of third parties and is not considered to be prejudicial to the data subject, including our interests in developing, evaluating, offering and selling our Services or developing our website.
The purposes of data processed by us are as follows:
- provision of Services by electronic means – in which case the legal basis for the processing is the necessity of such processing for the performance of an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
- handling complaints and after-sales service – in which case the legal basis for the processing is the necessity of such processing for the performance of an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
- analysis and statistics of the users’ activities on our website and testing their satisfaction with our Services – in which case the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) consisting of conducting analyses of your activity on our service;
- establishing, pursuing or defending against claims – in which case the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
- accounting and taxation – in which case the legal basis for the processing is the fulfilment of our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);
- marketing – in which case the legal basis for the processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
How long do we process your data?
If the basis for their processing is your consent:
- until you withdraw your consent to their processing;
If data is processed for the purpose of providing our Services:
- for the duration of its performance and until the expiry of the limitation period for claims related to it (3 years or 6 years), in the case of a 6-year period, it is in accordance with Art. 118 of the Civil Code extended until the end of the calendar year in which the 6-year period expires;
If the basis for their processing is a legal obligation imposed on us:
- for the period necessary for us to demonstrate proper fulfillment of tax or accounting obligations.
If the basis for their processing is the legitimate interest of the administrator:
- until you submit an effective objection.
Disclosure, transfer and sharing of personal data with third parties
Our disclosure and transfer of personal data to third parties is limited to a minimum and subject to the existence of an adequate level of data protection.
We never provide your data for marketing purposes, we do not sell it or use it to exchange data with other external entities.
We reserve the right to disclose or share personal data with third parties in the following circumstances:
- when external entities provide services on our behalf, for example IT support, hosting services, payment processing;
- such external entities may process personal data disclosed, transferred or made available to them only on the terms specified by us and on the basis of a written data processing agreement;
- legal advisers – to establish, exercise or defend our rights;
- in a situation where the user has given prior consent to the disclosure of his personal data to external entities.
If the recipient of personal data is located in a country outside the EU/EEA that does not ensure an adequate level of data protection, your personal data will be transferred to such recipient only after concluding a written data transfer agreement with him based on standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
User consent
Some of our information processing activities will be based on your consent. In such a case, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw your consent, we will stop processing your personal data, unless their further processing or storage is permitted or required by applicable Polish law. Please note that withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing process before its withdrawal. Moreover, withdrawal of consent may consequently prevent us from meeting your expectations.
Your rights
You have the right to check at any time which of your personal data we process. For this purpose, you can write to us at the addresses indicated at the beginning of the Privacy Policy. We will generally provide you with an answer by e-mail.
You can also request that your data be updated or corrected.
When we process personal data in an automated manner based on your consent or as part of the provision of the Services, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and readable format. We can send this copy to you or to another entity that will process this data from now on. Please note that this only applies to personal data that we have received from you.
You have the right to delete your personal data that we process at any time.
The exceptions are situations when:
- we are waiting for payment for the Services you have ordered.
- you have ordered our Services – then we will retain your personal data regarding the transaction for accounting purposes;
- we suspect that your actions may give rise to claims against you.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your data to the extent that we do it on the basis of the so-called legally justified interest. We will then stop processing your personal data. We will not do this if your interest or rights are legally invalidated or there are legal claims against you. In such a situation, we will inform you about it.
You have the right to unsubscribe from our newsletter you have signed up for at any time. You can do this in the e-mail with the latest newsletter (at the end there is a link which, when clicked, cancels further sending of newsletters) or by writing to us at the addresses indicated at the beginning of the Privacy Policy.
If you believe that we are processing your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
